AutoShip Enrollment

AutoShip makes ordering a breeze

The AutoShip program is designed to make ordering your monthly vitamin program a breeze. Selecting the AutoShip function means that every month your order will be automatically ordered and shipped on a date that you choose.

When you join, you can select any interval which you would like your vitamins to be shipped (30 days is recommended).

To enroll in AutoShip, just place your first order as you would normally and then check the "Please add This Order To My AutoShip" box. Your first AutoShip shipment will occur on the next business day after your selected interval has elapsed.

We suggest selecting the 30 day renewal date if you find yourself taking your vitamins religiously day in and day out. Selecting the 35 or 45 day options means that if you are prone to missing a few days then after 35 days you should be ready for your next order and none will build up.

If you are an AutoShip customer and you wish to discontinue AutoShip:

  • Log in to your account using your email and password.
  • Select “AutoShip Settings”
  • Click “pause/cancel AutoShip”.
  • When you log on again to order decide if you want to AutoShip your order or go back to manually entering your orders.

If you decide to manually enter your orders each time then you’ll want to go to the "order history and reorder” field.

You’ll see a list of order dates. Pick the most recent date. You will want to click the continue to shop field if you wish to add products to your order that had been in your previous AutoShip order. Select the products from the shopping pad and then hit “submit”. Follow the checkout process as you normally would.

If you wish to reactivate your AutoShip:

To reactivate your AutoShip click on the “AutoShip” field.
Click on “reactivate” and your order will be processed the next day

Changing your AutoShip order:

To add or delete an item to your AutoShip order:

Click on account log in and enter your email and password.

If you are signed up as an autoship customer you do not want to go to the reorder field to change your monthly order. Instead:

  • Click on “AutoShip settings.”
  • Scroll Down to “add Item To AutoShip”
  • Scroll through the items and select the product you’d like to add.
  • Click how many per day you’d like for 30 days. Select “add item”
  • Repeat for additional items.

To delete and order from your AutoShip order:

  • Look at your “Items to Ship” field
  • In small print under the product name you’ll see “delete item”. Click on that.
  • The item is now deleted.

It's important to us that you understand that you are not tied to your monthly shipment in any way. Should you wish to discontinue or pause your AutoShip function simply select the "Pause/Cancel AutoShip".Your autoship function is now deactivated.

To activate it again click on activate autoship and select the interval again and your back on the program!

Please remember to upgrade your visa card whenever the expiration date is up because that will cause your AutoShip function to be terminated.
